A Few Examples

Working for a leader in the Youth Sports Technology space that was experiencing high levels of growth -  I was tasked with growing their strategic partnerships. This took selling the technology solutions end to end, collaborating internally with product, marketing, sales, legal, and community to secure and execute the partnerships.

Cal North Youth Soccer

New Partner

As one of the largest regional governing bodies of soccer in the United States, Cal North had a need to help simplify their technology solution for their internal programs. Through extensive discovery and demo's, Cal North trusted TeamSnap to run these programs. This partnership brought together elements of technology solutions, cross-marketing, community initiatives, on-site activation, virtual trainings, and product development. This partnership was a prime example of forming win-win solutions and ultimately drove revenue in multiple ways.

Identified as one of the fastest growing female sports in Canada, this was an opportunity to break into a new vertical with TeamSnap's technology. Through extensive conversations and finding pain points in running their internal teams, we were able to uncover a pathway to help create efficiencies. In addition to being a technology solution for their members and member clubs, we partnered to expand the sport supporting access to underserved communities and creating natural cross-marketing opportunities.

Identifying the youth volleyball as a market for potential growth, we looked for ways that we could make an impact in growing our technology footprint. In discovery with one of the largest and most predominant regional governing bodies of volleyball, we were able to find pain points and solutions to those using our technology. Through multiple trainings, demos, and onboarding we successfully created easier end to end solutions for them. This opened the door for partnership and driving marketing and community initiatives to their massive network of members and clubs.
